David graduated from the South Texas College of Law in Houston where he excelled in the school’s top-ranked trial advocacy program. He was recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2017, 2018, and 2019 which awards the top 2.5 percent of lawyers in the State of Colorado. He has also been chosen as a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 selection.
David has developed a reputation for his excellent negotiation skills and commanding presence in the courtroom. He works tirelessly for his clients and has a proven track record against big-name insurance companies. David is a Colorado native. When he not representing clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, golfing, and watching Broncos and Cubs games.
Kylie Marchiori is the Head Paralegal of The Roth Group. Her responsibilities include assisting Mr. Roth with everything in the lawsuit experience, from drafting and filing a lawsuit, to the closing procedures. She is passionate about ensuring every person gets their fair day in court and commits herself to providing The Roth Group’s clients with confidence and comfort during the litigation process.
Prior to beginning her career as a paralegal, Kylie worked in retail sales for over a decade. She utilizes her impressive multitasking skills and superb customer service experience by providing meticulous support to the litigation proceedings. Kylie assists clients by drafting pleadings and letters, overseeing the discovery process, maintaining case calendars, strictly adhering to deadlines, and by providing regular updates to her clients. Kylie grew up in Breckenridge, Colorado, and graduated with honors from the University of Colorado at Boulder with an Environmental Studies and Political Science degree. She currently resides in the Boulder area with her boyfriend of five years and her two dogs. Kylie spends much of her free time on outdoor activities and is an avid rock climber, mountain biker, and skier. She is also a proud nerd and invests much indoor time into reading, playing video games, and watching anime or fantasy television.
Mary Palka is the Firm Administrator for the Roth Group where she supports the firm with client intake, pre-litigation and closing procedures, as well as managing the business aspects of the firm. She has 7 years of managing fast-paced businesses in the food service and retail industries, where she learned that approaching any situation with compassion is the best platform to stand on.
Mary graduated from Arizona State University summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies. She is currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Human Resources and Employment Law through the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at ASU. Mary is excited to apply the knowledge she has already gained from her education and experience to the The Roth Group and hopes to continue to learn and grow personally and professionally with the team. Though Mary grew up in a military family and moved around quite a bit growing up, she calls Colorado home and spends much of her free time enjoying everything the mountains have to offer. From skiing and snowboarding to climbing and running, she loves to be outside in the sun or snow as much as possible.
